About Customers, Tenants, Users, and Groups
Access to Jumio Portal is controlled through customers, tenants, users, and groups. A customer is a parent organization that owns one or more tenants. Each tenant has their own set of configuration options for the Portal and integrations. A user belongs to a customer, and may have access to one or more of the tenants belonging to the customer. A group represents a set of permissions, and a user may be assigned to one or more groups.
When a new customer joins Jumio, a new user is created with admin privileges, and a default tenant is created for the customer.
If a user belongs to multiple tenants, they will have the option to select a tenant at login. While logged in, a user can switch tenants from their user profile.
For details on how to manage users, groups, and roles, see the related section.
About the Identity Verification Settings

Typically, these settings are determined by you and a Jumio Solution Engineer, and the initial settings are entered by Jumio administrators as part of the customer onboarding process.
